Q. What is the Distino Custom Tie gift box set comprised of?

Q. Do you offer materials for your ties other than silk?
A. Yes, we also recommend the use of polyester ties in certain circumstances (see "Custom Tie Tips"). Our polyester ties are a microfibre polyester and as such, they also offer a high quality texture.
Q. How long does the whole custom tie design process take?
A. For detailed information on timeframes required for orders, please visit our "ordering process" page, however as a guide, the entire process with a physcial sample provided will take 5-6 weeks as a minimum for custom designed ties.
Q. Do you offer a physical sample before final production?
A. Yes, as long as your timeframe allows for it, we can have a counter sample delivered to you within 2-3 weeks of design confirmation.
Q. Why is the pricing different for your custom ties compared to your corporate gifts?
A. Our corporate gift tie sets are stock designs from our parent company, Distino Of Melbourne and as such, there are no design expensese or manufacturing expenses for low quantity orders. They are therefore lower in cost than the specialty designed and manufactured custom ties. The additional costs for the corporate gift sets are in the production of the company logo gift box and delivery.
Q. Can we order custom ties in quantities lower than 100?
A. No, unfortunately the manufacturing and design expenses for quanities less than 100 are too high to warrant orders of that size.
Q. Can we place our logo on your cufflinks?
A. Yes, for an additional cost of only $3.00 per set, Distino Custom Ties can place your logo on the face of the cufflinks within the gift box set. There are some circumstances when this may not be possible if the logo is too large or too detailed for the small area of the cufflink face.
