Online Ordering Process

1. Contact us via email or telephone with your initial enquiry. Go to "Enquiries" Page.

2. You will be contacted within 24 hours by one of our sales executives (please ensure you carefully leave your correct email address).

3. You will be guided through the ordering process, be it with a new tie design requirement or to duplicate your current design. We also will provide you with a formal quotation including freight charges.

4. For new tie designs, computer generated "mock-ups" will be provided to you within 5 business days.

5. Upon selecting your new design or once we are provided with your "original" design, Distino Custom Ties can have an exact counter sample delivered to you within 2-3 weeks. At this point a 30% deposit is required.

6. Upon approval of the counter sample, the production of your ties will begin and completion should take place within 4-5 weeks.

7. Your completed ties will be delivered to your door.
